How do I place an order?
Find the product you are after, add it to your cart and proceed to follow the checkout process. Be sure to check our Discord Server for promotions before you complete your payment! We regularly run limited-time deals that could save you money.
When will I receive my order?
For games and add-ons that have already been released and available on our website, INSTANTLY!
For pre-orders, you will receive them on their respective release day from midnight. For Early-Access orders, you will receive your key on the first day that Early Access becomes available, again, from midnight.
Depending on demand, it may take us a number of hours to process and deliver some codes. Patience is appreciated, you will receive your code. We guarantee release date delivery and process orders from first to last.
Do I need a VPN?
Yes. You will need a VPN to redeem your code via the Microsoft website. It is a trick that many people have used for several years without any repercussions. We recommend TunnelBear for one-off uses - available on iOS, Android, PC and Mac. Alternatively, if you purchase digital games regularly, we recommend subscribing to a renowned VPN provider.
I have bought a code but I have since changed my mind
If the code was delivered instantly via our website, we cannot provide a refund due to the nature of the product. Think carefully before placing your order!

I have pre-ordered a game, but I have since changed my mind
If the game is yet to be released and you contact us ahead of delivery, it is your statutory right to cancel your order at any time. Should you wish to cancel, we will initiate a refund right away. Please be aware this may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account. If the code you pre-ordered has been delivered, we cannot provide a refund due to the nature of the product.

How do you know the codes work?
We purchase our codes directly from Microsoft. They are fully traceable and we are able to see when they have been redeemed and by who. In the highly unlikely case that we supplied a faulty code, we would put this right straight away. But please bear in mind that we can see redemption information post-purchase before raising a claim.
How do you deliver my code?
Your code will be sent to your account on our platform. Please navigate to My Account and then My Orders, where you will have access to your entire order history. You will also receive your code via the email address you supplied when registering. Therefore, ensure that you provide us with a correct address that only you have access to.
I have an issue with my code
We're sorry to hear that you are encountering issues. Please share more information with us via the Ticketing facility under the Support category in our Discord Server and we will do our best to find a solution for you. Alternatively, use another Contact method.
I think my code was stolen
Please keep your Account and Email Account as secure as possible. We have implemented Two-Factor Authentication on our platform - we highly recommend you use it.
Delivrkey holds no responsibility for compromised (email) accounts or orders sent to the wrong location. It is your responsibility to secure your personal information online and to provide us with the correct information.
Can I buy a code for a friend?
Yes! We provide all our codes in the Microsoft standard 25-character format. This can be forwarded to a friend, but please ensure you transfer the code in a safe and secure way.
I have received a message from someone claiming to be Delivrkey Staff
Delivrkey Staff will never contact you away from this platform or our official contact channels. These are email addresses ending in @delivrkey.com and our official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch and YouTube).
I have been offered a code at a cheaper price
Congratulations! We're all for getting your games cheaper, however, make sure you fully vet the seller and proceed at your own risk. We strongly advise to only deal with Business Sellers.
I am being blackmailed or scammed
Do not purchase or give up your codes against your own will. Please report the situation to Staff via Ticketing or an alternative Contact Method. We can help!
I don't see the game/add-on I want on your website
Sorry for the inconvenience! Please let us know via Ticketing or and alternative Contact method and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
I want a refund
If the code has been delivered, we cannot provide a refund due to the nature of the product. At checkout, you will be asked to agree to Terms & Conditions that waive your 14-day statutory right to a refund once a code has been delivered. This has been implemented in accordance with Government advice on selling digital codes online. If there is an issue with your code, please let us know as soon as possible via Ticketing or an alternative Contact method.
